No — we are pickup & delivery only, with no walk-in storefront. We come to your business on a scheduled route, collect the soiled linens, and deliver the clean load back. It saves your staff the trip entirely.
How fast is the turnaround?
Turnaround is set around your pickup schedule — most accounts run on regular route days, so clean stock comes back on a rhythm your operation can plan around. We'll map out exact days for your business when we set up your account and run your wash test.
Is there a minimum order or volume?
We don't publish one-size-fits-all minimums or rates, because a salon's towels and a hotel's sheets are very different loads. Pricing is worked out after we've seen your actual volume — which is exactly what the free wash test is for.
What is the free wash test?
One real load of your linens or towels, picked up, washed, finished, and delivered back at no charge. It's how you judge our quality on your own stock — not on a brochure — before committing to anything.

For larger facilities, including hospitals, we sell you the linens instead: you own them, and we launder them.
